Job Details

  • Shifts: 3-shift system (8 hours each)

  • Breaks: Scheduled rest break included

  • Tasks: Operating production machinery, following technical documentation, ensuring production quality, and meeting output targets

  • Requirements: Ability to read technical drawings, use measuring instruments, and basic technical knowledge

Application Process

  1. Initial Registration

  6. Visa Application at Embassy

    • With the work permit, you will apply for a National Work Visa (Type D) at the Polish Embassy in Kampala (or nearest embassy).

    • Documents required:

      • Passport (valid at least 12 months)

      • Work permit from employer

      • Signed employment contract

      • Bank statements / proof of support

      • Accommodation confirmation (provided by employer)

      • Visa application form + fees

      • Insurance policy (covering Poland/Schengen)

  7. Travel & Arrival

    • Once visa is approved, flight to Poland will be booked.

    • Employer arranges pickup and accommodation in Ozorków.

    • Onboarding and safety training at the EMS plant.
