Production of Rubber Coating (Český Těšín, Czech Republic)

City: Český Těšín. We welcome men and women up to 55 years old to join our rubber coating production team. Earn 130 CZK per hour net, working 5-6 days each week with flexible shifts between 8 and 12 hours. Your role includes ensuring the production of high-quality rubber mats, operating machinery with small quantities of rubber granules, quality control, and workplace maintenance. No previous production experience or language skills are required, just a desire to work, responsibility, and attention to detail. Free accommodation and lunch are provided by the employer. Employers assist with all aspects of work permit and visa processing, including documentation and embassy guidance for Ugandan residents. The process covers everything from obtaining the job offer and work permit to arrival and registration in the Czech Republic.
